Astek has an opening of a Mid - Senior Level Application Support role.
Responsibilities:
- Incident Management:Quickly respond to and resolve CRM and LCD application issues.
Document solutions for recurring problems.
- Application Monitoring and Maintenance:Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance.
Use tools to identify and fix potential issues proactively.
- User Support and Training:Provide technical support and training to users.
Create user guides and documentation.
- Configuration and Customization:Assist in configuring and customizing applications.
Work with developers on new features and bug fixes.
- Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth application support.
Communicate updates and issue status to stakeholders.
- Documentation and Reporting:Maintain documentation of support procedures and configurations.
Generate reports on application performance and support activities.
- Continuous Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements.
Stay updated on application support best practices and technologies.
Compliance and Security:Ensure applications meet compliance and security standards.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to mitigate risks.
Requirement:
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in supporting enterprise applications.
• Familiar with languages, such as Angular, React JS, Rest API, JSON, .Net, .Net Core, Bootstrap, MS SharePoint, MS Power Platform, C#, ASP.net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. (Any 1of these)
• Proficiency in Database and SQL: MSSQL, TSQL, Stored Procedure, Function, Triggers. (Any 1 of these)
• Experience in Infrastructure: AWS, Windows Server, IIS, Azure ADFS (SSO), SSL Certificate, Control-M.
• Expertise in Tools: Visual Studio, Gitlab or GitHub, Jenkins, Electric Flow, SonarQube, Sonarlint, JIRA, Confluence. (Any 1 of these)
