Responsibilities

On Court Coaching:

1. Deliver customised Padel Programs to players of all skill levels exclusively from our Padel Site at Marina Square.
2. Assist other coaches deliver customised coaching programs to players of all skill levels
3. Oversee all player development and coaching of Padel at MBP SPORTS existing and upcoming racket sports sites.
4. Create and participate in Pro Am Corporate events for racket sports

Coach and Program Development:

1. Develop, deliver and train others to deliver quality padel related ratings, ladders and site tournaments
2. Conduct coaching clinics, and workshops for trainees, coaches, teachers and players
3. Develop and deliver quality pathways linking MBP SPORTS Coaching Methodology, International best Practices and SMART educational model to coaches and teachers of all levels.

• Curriculum Development:

1. Assist CEO to refine and deliver MBP SPORTS Coaching Methodology and certifications to existing and trainee "teacher - coaches" from novice to elite.
2. Oversee Player ratings and pathway development of Racket sports (in particular the sport of padel) to all MBP SPORTS sites
3. Refine and Deliver all facets of the MBP SPORTS Coaching Methodology and adapt existing Tennis Pathways to meet and exceed International standards.

Management of Coaches and Players:

1. Manage all scheduling of Coaching to match teacher-coaches to clients
2. oversee all pathway development for players from novice to elite -particularly transitioning players between Tennis, Pickleball and Padel.

Event and Sponsorship Management:

1. Assist in planning all Racket sport site events for MBP SPORTS sites
2. Assist in sourcing, negotiating and overseeing managemenet of all racket sports Sponsorships.

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven and committed Senior Research Officer to conduct research and surveillance of arboviruses and other pathogenic viruses at the Environmental Health Institute.

The successful candidate will work in a multi-disciplinary environment, where his/her research is translated into evidence-based public health programmes and policies. The candidate will conduct studies that will contribute to the risk assessment of arboviruses and/or environmentally transmitted viruses. We are recruiting a full-time executive for the lead faculty of the ADVANcing Clinical Evidence in Infectious Diseases Network (ADVANCE ID). The appointment will be at executive or senior executive level, depending on the experience of the candidate.

ADVANCE ID is jointly funded by the Wellcome Trust and Singapore institutions including the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. The vision of the Network is to improve public health by developing the clinical evidence base for the prevention and treatment of drug-resistant infections. Its mission is to build and sustain a strategic clinical research network focused on most efficiently delivering locally relevant interventions for drug-resistant infections.

The Network aims to improve and strengthen clinical research capabilities in the region by acting as a platform to develop good principles and practices. It will stabilize capacity and capabilities to mitigate inefficiencies in trial start-up phase and loss of skillset following study closure, as in typical trial setup. The Network will continuously develop its capabilities, quality and efficiency by learning from and collaborating with other clinical trial networks.

In the long term, the Network aims to support broader infectious disease studies by expanding geographically beyond its original starting point in South East Asia and collaborating with other networks around the world. THE ROLE: Assistant, Human Resource (6 Months Contract, Renewable)

Kaplan Singapore is seeking a proactive and detailed-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will assist in processing the full set of monthly payroll, ensuring all transactions are accurate and efficient. You will maintain the HRIS, submit various claims and tax reports, and provide administrative support to the HR department. Roles and Responsibilities:

Payroll Management

• Assist in processing the full set of monthly payroll transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies

HRIS Maintenance

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all data entered in the HR Information System (HRIS), such as Prosoft or Workday
• Ensure timely update of employee records

Claims and Reporting

• Submit CPF contributions, NS make-up claims, government-paid leave reimbursement claims, and IRAS tax reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required claims and reports

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling employee inquiries and assisting with HR projects
• Manage and organize HR documentation and paperwork

Ad-hoc Duties

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR department to support team objectives and initiatives

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess at least a Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management, or any other relevant courses
• Knowledge of basic HR legislations and practices is essential
• At least 1 year of payroll experience will be advantageous
• Prior experience in maintaining HRIS systems such as ProSoft or WorkDay will be highly preferred
• Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive data and employee issues.
• Strong organizational and detailed-oriented skills when processing large volume of data and administrative work
• Ability to multi-task and work on various projects simultaneously while maintaining superior attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required

Job Description

• CTF Challenges Development: Design and develop challenge and question for intermediate level CTF event.
• Scenario Development: Design and develop pentesting and IoT scenarios for intermediate to professional learners.
