Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the electrical team.

· Oversee design, calculations, planning, and tender preparation.

· Guide team development and review QA/QC documentation.

· Coordinate with clients, project managers, architects, and contractors.

· Resolve technical issues during design and construction phases.

· Recommend solutions to improve efficiency and revenue.

· Supervise testing and commissioning of ACMV electrical systems.

· Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.

Requirements:

· Any qualification in a relevant engineering field with minimum 5 years of related working experience in the Construction Electrical Field associated with ACMV / Electrical.

· Engineering design of commercial buildings, major infrastructure transportation projects and mixed-use developments

· Possess design experience and good understanding of ACMV / Electrical technical systems and procedures:

· Possess knowledge on all cabling, loading and sizing calculations and equipment selections such as cable, generators, panels, etc.

· Develop, design through establishing, design briefs, design reports, calculations, schematics, schedules, specifications, concept, Preliminary, Detailed and Construction Engineering Designs

· Productions of drawings and developing models

· Site Experience, Testing & Commissioning Experience

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform corrective maintenance works, with given documents, diagrams etc, of integrated systems consisting of electrical, mechanical and electronic subsystems
• To perform preventive maintenance works at customer’s premises located in outdoor areas
• To perform diagnostic and evaluation bench test on RF equipment using common engineering tools and measuring equipment.
• To perform installation works with available Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP)
• To perform technical writing for documents like service reports, work procedures and manuals where applicable.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechatronics or Electronics and Tele-Communication or Avionics
• Proficiency in operating RF / MV and electronics test and measuring equipment
• Proficient in the use of test measuring equipment like multi-meter, spectrum analyser, fibre optic tester etc
