• Follow-Up with Building Owners: Collaborate with building owners to address any identified issues or concerns regarding the safety of their building façades. Provide guidance and recommendations on necessary measures to rectify any safety deficiencies.
• Develop Policies and Regulations: Work closely with industry stakeholders and regulatory bodies to develop and implement new policies, regulations, and initiatives aimed at enhancing the safety standards of building façades.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform policy development.
• Enhance Safety Initiatives: Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the safety culture surrounding building façades. Provide education and training to stakeholders on safety protocols and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Prior experience in building inspection, construction management, or regulatory compliance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to building façades.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Job Summary:

· Acts as primary IT representative for all meeting room, collaboration space, and telecom system builds for new facility projects (new builds and refreshes)

· Provides support for hybrid, in-person, and virtual meetings including configuring webinar settings, controlling in-meeting functions, and operating AV equipment such as microphones and presentation laptops

Responsibilities

· Assists project team with procurement of telecom hardware

· Assists project team with procurement and oversight of audiovisual vendor for assigned projects

· Supports vendor and internal stakeholders with commissioning and validation of new telecom and audiovisual systems

· Coordinates and plans upcoming meetings and webinars with meeting stakeholders including executive administration and corporate real estate teams

· During meetings and webinars, engineer may be responsible for controlling Q&A, recording, muting audience and advancing presentation content as coordinated with meeting hosts

· After conclusion of meetings/webinars, engineer will coordinate delivery of post-meeting materials (recording links, chat transcripts, etc.) to event hosts

· Monitors alerting platform for trouble with in production room systems and coordinates response from internal company resources and external vendors when necessary

· Provides timely updates to trouble tickets and project status using appropriate tools

• Manage daily operational and project implementation matters.
• Ensure timely login of sales orders and processing for all sales.
