We are looking for a motivated M&E Project Engineer Cum Drafter to manage mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects of construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing project tasks while ensuring compliance with engineering principles and safety regulations. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all M&E works on construction sites, ensuring adherence to specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare and review M&E designs and drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues related to M&E installations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports, including updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Develop and submit shop drawings, Revit BIM for coordination, as-built drawings, and construction drawings.
• Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and change orders.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and secure M&E materials and equipment.
• Assist in the commissioning and handover of completed M&E systems to clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in similar industries within Singapore.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; ability to develop in Revit is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, configuration, and support of Power Platform related issues

• Applying Power Apps including an in-depth understanding of customisation, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as boundaries and constraints.
