• Experience in semiconductor assembly, SMT and packaging associated issue, understanding the relevant mechanical test parameters.
• Minimum 4 years hands on customer support/customer quality/product quality engineering/product test engineering.
• Hands on knowledge/application of quality tools, statistics, and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience with microelectronics, surface mount technology, semiconductor fabrication or assembly, and/or offshore customer is a plus.
