Position Overview:

The Supplier Development Engineer will assist in the Supplier Development organization, focusing on building and supporting a cross-functional team to enhance supplier capabilities, particularly in Asia. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and applying supplier evaluation criteria and scoring, focusing on Quality, delivery, and cost.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering.
• Experience in leading improvements with suppliers, preferably in industrial equipment, automotive, semiconductor, or medical manufacturing environments.
• Typically 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Six Sigma; Black Belt certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean or Toyota Production System; certification is preferred.
