Technical Abilities

• Advanced Degree: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with equivalent practical experience.
• Deep Learning and Computer Vision: 3+ years in deep learning for computer vision, with experience in object detection, image segmentation, and pose estimation.
• Programming and Al Frameworks: Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Computer Vision Pipeline Experience: Proven ability in developing and implementing computer vision pipelines.
• Computer Science Fundamentals: knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Model Optimization: Experience in model performance optimization, including edge hardware familiarity.

• Identify requirements and features for semiconductor equipment and create concepts and architecture of new equipment.
• Design mechanical systems which involve the selection and use of motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps, and valves.
• Responsible for design verification and validation testing to ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations and product requirements.
• Create a detailed Mechanical drawing and apply analysis tools like Fish Bone Diagram and FMEA.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, review and prepare drawings, specifications and Tender Document.
• Authorities’ consultation and submission
• Manage technical, engineering and contractual matters.
• Resolve any technical difficulties & other issues that may arise.
• Design control systems, SCADA, DCS etc.
• Preparation of General Arrangement, control architecture and ICA equipment layout drawings.
• Preparation of Control Panels, LCS, instruments and analyser and cable etc specifications and datasheets.
• Prepare loop diagrams, hook up drawings, control schematics, cable schedule, bill of quantities etc.
• Design of CCTV system, fire alarm control system, Public Announcement System, security access systems etc.
• Review and evaluation of vendor submissions.
• Provide project cost estimates
• Coordination with other disciplines e.g. civil, structural, mechanical, building services and electrical designers.
• Attends meetings, discussions with clients, contractors and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or any equivalent qualification.
• Candidate shall have minimum of 10 years experience related experience, preferably with consultancy experience.
• Past experience working on water or wastewater projects will be an advantage (municipal and industrial).
• Able to work independently in producing the project deliverables to meet project timeline
• Proficient in written and oral communication with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure projects encompassing conducting feasibility studies, resolution of technical issues, conceptual design, writing of specifications, budgeting, programming, procurement, design review, safety and quality assurance.
• Working with stakeholders, service providers, contractors and consultants, reviewing the providing value engineering solutions with the objective of achieving quality, compliance and value for money
• Support tender and execution of projects
• Review of sub-contractors’ proposal and design
• Work with respective sub-contractors (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, aircon, fire protection etc) to produce shop drawings
• Integrate shop drawings into BIM system for feasibility review
• Familiar with oil tank construction and oil pipeline laying
• Coordinate site activities during construction
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors etc
• Ensure the smooth completion of the project
• Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by Management

Requirements

• A recognised Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction industry
• Familiar with API 650 code will be an added advantage
• Candidate should carry a proactive attitude
