Pre-requisite:
QUALIFICATIONS
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or related discipline (essential)
• Higher degree qualifications are desirable.
• Demonstrated engineering competencies required for qualification to INCOSE CSEP (or equivalent, or ASEP) are highly desirable.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Engineering role

• Accountable for the overall success of all aspects of projects assigned. • Responsible for developing of client proposals and tenders in conjunction with Work Winning Team. This includes bid planning, facilitation, costing, writing, technical inputs, and signoff as required.

• Associate level will be involved in managing project profitability and financial contribution for allocated projects; ensure financial performance of the allocated projects in accordance with client proposals, business plans and budgets.

• General electrical fitting work including installation of electrical equipment, electrical cabling works, cable trucking, cable conduit and termination, etc
• Maintenance of M&E equipment
• Troubleshooting of electrical system
• Troubleshooting and repair works for air conditioning system (Single Split, Multi Split & VRV)
• Installation of air conditioning system
• On-site maintenance of Air-con and MV system
• Preparation of service reports
• Attending urgent calls during & after office hours
• Any duties as assigned by supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years hand-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and installation in electrical systems
• Must be able to install GI trunking and conduits works.
• Minimum 2 years hand-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works in ACMV system
• Must have knowledge of Air-con DX system and Chilled water system.
• MUST have Coretrade certificate.
• Basic maintenance knowledge of M&E systems.
• Valid class 3 driving licence is preferred.
• Working location: Island-wide Singapore
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)

The Project Admin Officer supports the Project management team and performs project-related administrative functions. This includes preparing quotation/progress claims, proper recording of contract/project documentation (Work order, Delivery order, Invoices), following-up of claims approval, requesting for quotation and negotiating with sub-contractors/suppliers for the best costs, ordering supplies as well as act as the second point of contact (on behalf of Project Engineers) for client enquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contract, Project & Filing management, preparation of purchase order, variations & final accounts and generation of cost control and reports
• General administration support to project team and assisting the project manager in working out the quantities for variations and progress claims
• Prepare monthly progress claim, vet/recommend and prepare clients’ payment certificate for management approval
• Act as second point of contact (client-servicing) on behalf of project engineers for enquiries from external stakeholders pertaining to projects & term contracts
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum “O” Level, diploma is a plus.
• Diploma holders with limited working experience are welcomed.
• Outgoing with good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills for engaging with both internal and external parties to support project-related activities.
• Able to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment.
• Computer-literate & basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Able to commence work in a short notice period.
