• Assist project in reviewing access rights, and accounts control in cloud.

• Review and resolve the vulnerabilities reported from scan and/or GCC alerts.

• Strengthen the security posture of existing cloud infrastructure and propose enhancement.

• Raise service request to BAU Operations Team for in-scope cloud related tasks.

• To support and maintain AWS S3 Buckets and other AWS Storage services such as FSX.

• To support Trend Micro Cloud One Workload and Endpoint Security / AMHIPS as part of Project Anti-Virus/ Anti-Malware system.

• To support and maintain ABLR Heavy Forwarder (CTS Services) as part of Project Audit Logging requirement.

• To support Project GCC Infrastructure using DevOps process or tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

• To support Audit and security compliance activities.

• Work with BAU team, System Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and DBA to support and maintain project GCC environment.

• To support and maintain Central Account Management (CAM) servers (CTS Services) as part of Project Audit requirement.

• To support Disaster Recovery exercises.

• at least an AWS Professional certificate.

• Minimum 7-8 years working experience in IT field and 3-5 years working experience in AWS environment.

The L1 System Engineer is responsible for: • To provide 24 x 7 support for Data Center running on 12 hours shift • Assisting the Customer in the verification, isolation and/or provision of a temporary work around for the incident/problem logged. • Resolving the incident/problem onsite. • Escalating unsolvable problems and service requests to the System and/or Software Engineer and reporting the escalation to the Project Manager. • Generating the relevant administrative records and reports. • Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing environments. • Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes. • Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc. • Answering technical queries • Maintaining the configuration of the system. • To implement Service Request and Change Request • Contacting OEM/Vendor for technical support
