• Lead the effective closeout of projects and debrief on all projects with the client, Client Relationship Executive/Managers and Project Leaders; and to provide technical expertise and oversee all technical aspects of projects.
• Responsible for developing of client proposals and tenders in conjunction with Work Winning Team. This includes bid planning, facilitation, costing, writing, technical inputs, and signoff as required.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the client plan and positive client relationships, and the development, and motivation of team and junior engineers.
• Associate level will be involved in managing project profitability and financial contribution for allocated projects; ensure financial performance of the allocated projects in accordance with client proposals, business plans and budgets.
