BROAD FUNCTION

We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes, plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives, regularly schedule and attend meetings between stakeholders, clients, employees and the Project Manager.
• Getting necessary approval (NCE, LTA Approval, NPark and Special Approvals) for the site teams, and special approvals like GTP, MPA and LPB clearances and request for, TPOM Officers coordination for standing supervision.
• Maintain records and renew any expired approvals/permits that are required (C&G NCE, Telecom, GTP, LPB LOAs).SP Officers coordination regarding the following schedule of works (ROA Schedules, Reinstatement) for Distribution Projects.
• Coordinating with LTA and NPark officers regarding the ROA queries raised by authorities, and get approval on time.
• Providing support to project managers and operation team when requested.
• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary, and sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams.
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
• Regularly schedule and attend meetings between stakeholders, clients, employees and the Project Manager.
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, meeting minutes and emails.
• Providing support to project managers and operation team when requested.
• Being point of contact for various working groups.
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB)
• Minimum 3 year of experience in constructions or civil engineering
• Those with experience in underground utilities especially gas pipes will be advantageous
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Service-oriented client relationship and people
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license

• 6 days work week

As a Network Engineer, your responsibilities will be:

• Maintaining AI-Driven tools with existing network infrastructure for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis.
• Experience in AIOPs solutions for network monitoring, analytic and automation.
• Applying basic knowledge in automating network tasks and workflows using AIOPs tools and low to no code programming
• Analyzing network data to identify trends, optimize performance, and improve security
• Configuring and managing Cisco Catalyst Switches (IOS), Cisco Nexus Switches (NXOS), and Alcatel Lucent Switches (AOS) to maintain a secure and efficient network infrastructure.
• Implementing and maintaining Palo Alto and Fortinet Fortigate Firewalls for network security and access control.
• Administering Alcatel Lucent Wireless Controllers to ensure a secure and robust wireless network environment.
• Utilizing SolarWinds NPM (Network Performance Monitor) and NCM (Network Configuration Manager) for network monitoring and configuration management.
• Managing and maintaining ClearPass Policy Manager for network access control and policy enforcement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in network security engineering.
• Proficiency in Cisco Catalyst Switches (IOS), Cisco Nexus Switches (NXOS), and Alcatel Lucent Switches (AOS).
• Experience in configuring and managing Palo Alto and Fortinet Fortigate Firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Alcatel Lucent Wireless Controllers.
• Familiarity with SolarWinds NPM / NCM for network monitoring and configuration management.
• Proficient in ClearPass Policy Manager for network access control and policy enforcement.
• Knowledge of network protocols, security architectures, and best practices.
