• In charge of counting and reconciling the daily cash collected from Jackpot Machines before issuing it to Jackpot Cashier for their operations as and when needed.
• To check and compute the Jackpot Tax and Revenue and ensure timely submission of the reports to auditors and IRAS.
• Facilitate the weekly Jackpot collection to CISCO and banking of daily cash collections.
• Ensure that there is adequate Nets float at reception and top up when necessary.
• Any other related duties and ad-hoc costing projects as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
• At least 5 years relevant experience with minimum 2 years in Cost and Inventory Control role in F&B / hospitality industry
• Knowledge of Club accounting software, Sun System, and Point of Sales (Micros or Opera)
• Meticulous, strong interpersonal skills, confident, approachable, patient with good communication skills
• Highly motivated, passionate, and driven
• Proficient in Excel, Sun Accounting, or Other Accounting Systems

The Position
Reporting to the COO, the appointed individual will be responsible for the full spectrum of the financial accounting, ensure timely reporting of monthly/quarterly/ annual financial reporting as well as the preparation of financial and operating budgets and forecast. There will be a need to prepare monthly group financials for investors and quarterly group financial for board meetings. The Finance Manager will also be involved in treasury functions including managing banking relationships, tax structures, interest rate swaps and FX besides other ad-hoc duties.

The Person
To excel in this role, candidates should possess at least 8 years of working experience and hold an Accountancy Degree with a CPA or CA equivalent. Experience in Real Estate, Property, or REIT sectors, along with a robust background in treasury, is essential. Strong analytical skills, a positive attitude, the ability to thrive under tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills are also imperative. Your Impact

• Work with the Senior Director of Sales Finance JAPAC to provide effective and timely guidance to JAPAC sales teams on non-standard deal pricing & structure and associated financial impacts.
• Obtain thorough understanding of Palo Alto Networks products, offerings, and associated pricing strategies.
• Provide senior leadership with financial analysis and evaluations of deal economics, commercial terms and conditions, the operational requirements, and the risk and reward profiles for the sales opportunities.
• Become an expert on the quoting tools within the Sales Finance team
• Be a key resource for reviewing and approving non-standard pricing and financial term requests that escalate to Finance.

Your Experience

• 7~10 years of relevant experiences around Commercial Finance, Deals Desk / Deals Management, or Sales Finance within the High-Tech industry
• Ability to build strong working relationships with internal business units
• Strong organization skills, including ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and adapt to frequently changing situations
