Reporting to the Head of Centre of Excellence, the candidate will be responsible to lead the business transformation and process excellence programmes. This will include planning and prioritization of continuous improvement projects, development and implementation of standardized continuous improvement approach (operational excellence). He/she will also ensure organizational alignment and business and stakeholder buy-in to the Transformation and Process Excellence programme.
Job Responsibilities:
Transformation & Process Excellence
· Drive process simplification, standardization and automation for function and cross-functional collaboration including all activities necessary to define, measure, analyse, improve and control new and/or existing processes. Contribute to the efforts for the respective tracks to meet the SLA KPIs.
· Drive regular discussions and workshops with internal and external stakeholders to identify potential areas of continuous improvement and kick off and support continuous improvement programmes.
· Instil continuous improvement mindset in the organization through collaboration with the key stakeholders.
· Lead project teams to align and ensure that guidelines for governance and compliance of the projects are followed.
· Secretariat to operational meetings and reporting.
System Projects
Assuming functional/business consulting role to the following SAP projects:
1. SAP S4 Hana RISE and Version Upgrade.
2. MM Project: Harmonisation of 3 ECCs SAP systems into SAP RISE.
· Gathering of process requirements from all tracks and in conjunction, proposed the best practices/processes/system setup with references to S4 Hana capabilities.
· Facilitate benefits/justifications for consolidation/harmonisation with reference to S4 Hana Capabilities and best practices from S4 or ECC6.
Manage/address all stakeholders' concerns/expectations to ensure a win-win situation for harmonisation
Requirements
· Degree in any discipline with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience.
· At least 5 years of knowledge and experience in SAP S4 FICO implementation and upgrade projects.
· Demonstrated business process improvement experience.
· Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
· Possesses logical and analytical thinking.
· Hands on experience working with finance processes and operational experience in shared service centre will be an added advantage.
Proficient in articulation and presentation skills.
