Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for projects delivery and application support that are related to the Finance business domain. He/she needs to work closely with the user community, external vendors, and other stakeholders.

Maintenance and Support (70%)
• Provide on-going application support.
• Conduct user requirement analysis for enhancements to existing systems, analyse business information needs gathered, translate into requirement specifications, and secure user sign-offs.

ISAP/ITS Department Overview

ISAP IT Production Centre is an offshore delivery center managing IT Operations (RUN) for Paris, London and Asia. With over 250 people, it constitutes one of two main hubs for CA-CIB IT production teams. This setup is operated in partnership with a Service Provider, who provides most resources on site.

ISAP IT Production Centre is split in 4 departments covering the following aspects:

Position

The Head of Section for Data Security Services manages the RUN team and the related activities to data and endpoint security. • Plan and perform risk-based assessments, understand and evaluate the business environment, related controls and processes.

The must haves:

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance or equivalent, with professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIA) as an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of audit experience in Consumer Banking, Business Banking (end-to-end) and/or Corporate Functions
• Strong knowledge of key regulations (e.g. MAS 637, MAS 643, MAS 612 etc.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee subsidiaries’ accounts and supervision of junior staff
• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the Group
• Handle full set of holding company’s accounts and ensure timely closing
• Responsible for the preparation of Group consolidation
• Review and analyse monthly financial & operational performance of the Group for monthly management meetings

Requirements:

Accountabilities

1. SEA accounting and finance functions

• Responsible for effective accounting operations and governance;
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual closing to ensure all financial and management reporting deadlines are met;
• Provide senior management with budgets and periodic forecasts, including bookings, sales, margins, SG&A, EBITDA and working capital;
• Run annual budgets and forecasts, including the roll-out of regular re-forecasting cycles and processes;
• Developing, coordinating, and reporting budgets and forecasts for individual departments;
• Operating performance for the upcoming month, quarter and year;
• Leading, training and guiding finance team to achieve company goals; and
• Ensure adequate and effective internal control systems are in place and in compliance with SOX requirements, and to properly safeguard company assets
