Job Responsibilities:

- Middle Office provides post-sales support to the Sales team and assists internal Operations teams especially Policy Administration and Claims team in interacting with Intermediaries and Client HR

You will undertake a supervisory role and be expected to manage a team of assistants. The primary responsibilities will include but not limited to,

I. Overseeing the revenue collection and account receivables function and to work with stakeholders on arrears recovery

EDUCATION

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accountancy, and/or professional certifications or other equivalent qualifications.

• Maintain full set of accounts

Your Impact and Contribution

This position has responsibility for ongoing development and execution of strategic sales plans to promote CBA’s correspondent banking services to financial institutions across Asia. As an Associate Director in Transaction Banking and Sales (TBS) for Bank customers, the role requires a blend of relationship management, strategic planning skills, ruthless prioritisation and commercial acumen to deliver value-added solutions and drive long-term client satisfaction with correspondent bank customers across CBA’s international network.

You will grow correspondent banking volumes each year in line with team objectives and manage economic returns while always employing sound risk and financial crime compliance management disciplines.
