The Role Responsibilities
· This role is under the Frontline Insights and Analytics team in the broader Frontline Performance, Client Coverage Business Development Team. The Frontline Performance Team owns and executes a portfolio of productivity and frontline capability enablement tools, oversees external client wallet benchmarking, and coordinates strategic workforce planning.
· The incumbent will work closely with the Frontline Insights and Analytics team in executing the commercial objectives of the CCIB business. The role will provide crucial support in executing against multiple pillars of workstream within the team including Frontline Insights, Client Wallets and Frontline Reporting.
· To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess 3+ years of banking experience, ideally in Frontline and/or project management roles with familiarity in core Frontline sales processes. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working in fast paced and growing environment.
Strategy
· Understand CCIB business strategy and the Business Development role in driving the delivery of our client proposition, commercialisation, and frontline effectiveness
Business
· Support the broader Business Development strategy to deliver Insights to the Frontline in a timely manner
· Apply knowledge of banking business, products, systems, processes, sales activities, and best practices in the market to design data driven insights and tools to optimize shareholder value add
· Leverage industry trends, best practices, and leading-edge technology to support new ideas to drive the business
· Ability to work with cross functional teams (e.g., Finance, Client Coverage, Product Partners) to analyse Client Performance data and draw insights from the analysis which better enable accelerated, sustainable business growth and client relationship depth
Processes
· Identify key changes in processes required to enable speed, accuracy, scalability, and effectiveness
· Drive the adoption of Frontline process improvements
Governance
· Ensure awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
· Deliver effective governance in compliance with applicable internal policies and external laws and regulations, overseeing changes in business controls as required

Our Ideal Candidate
· Experience in Banking and delivering Frontline strategy
· Track-record of driving demonstrable commercial change within current/previous role or team
· 3+ years of relevant work experience in Frontline and/or Project Management roles
· Advanced analytics capability (including modelling skills) with the ability to interpret financial and coverage model data and draw business relevant insights for management discussion and decisioning
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple markets and navigate geographical and regulatory complexity
· Effective communication with internal Frontline facing stakeholders and external vendors
· Strong presentation skills
· Proactive, self-starter, autonomous and able to independently drive business orientated outcomes
· Desire to understand Frontline processes and SCB value proposition
