Finance and Administration Specialist with IT Expertise
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Process and reconcile financial transactions accurately
Collaborate with IT teams to implement and optimize financial software and systems
Identify opportunities to leverage technology for process automation and efficiency
Provide IT support for financial software, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data integrity
Oversee general administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate office logistics, including space management, supplies, and equipment.
Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Handle correspondence, document management and administrative tasks.
Manage and organize financial data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Develop and maintain databases for financial and administrative purposes.
Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams - finance, administration, IT
Communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
3-5 years proven relevant experiences in finance, administration roles with a focus on IT integration
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
Proficiency in financial software and ERP system
Excellent IT skills with the ability to troubleshoot and support software applications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on technological advancements in finance
9am to 6pm (5 days), 20 days annual leaves

Salary ranges from $4,000 to $5,800/month
