• Provide informed perspectives to Center of Excellence (COE) and other stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of existing policies, guidelines and procedures by proposing plan revision that reflects business needs
• Provide advice to HR partners and other stakeholders on pay decisions, policy and guideline, interpretation and job evaluation.
• Develop change management strategy, communication plans and activities including preparing materials and organising sessions to engage management and staff in the implementation of various pay policies.
• Work closely with Shared Services team on operational matters to ensure compliance and data integrity
• Manage the manpower budgeting during budget planning cycle
• Handle compensation and benefits audit exercises and ensuring follow up actions are completed on time.
• Support the review of salary proposals of new hires to ensure consistency of remuneration practices across various business partners.
• Manage and resolve compensation-related issues / queries from internal and external stakeholders – senior management, HODs, HR partners etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from a recognised university
• Minimum 12 years of strong track record in Compensation and benefits with 5 years in leadership roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written communication including strong presentation and engagement skills.
• Good project management skills and knowledge.

Key Accountabilities

· Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment, scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties.
