Requirment:

Have local dessert and fruit stall working experiences

-Cashiering duties

-Slice and Blending of fruit juice

-Preparing of dessert (eg. green bean, red bean, chendol,Cheng Ting ect)

-Maintain drink stall Cleaness

Meal: Includes hot cold coffee tea, homemade drinks & bread.

Basic mix vegetables rice at staff discount rate $2

Salary : $10 to $12 per hour

Working Hours: 8am to 3pm

Word day: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Oversee every day operations function.
• Upholding standards and maintaining the business's integrity.
• Increase revenue by implementing operational plans.
• Addressing concerns and complaints from clients.
• Cost control.
• Handling restaurant liability by implementing safety, security, and human resource requirements.
• Upholding strict guidelines for hygienic practices and quality control in restaurants.
• In charge of recruiting, providing training and managing employees.
• Set an example for behavior, appearance, and performance standards at all times.
• In charge of inspiring and creating a performance-driven team.
• Planning for manpower, ensure that there is adequate manpower to support daily operations.
• Staff briefings, planning, and event implementation.
• Supporting the beverage and wine menu planning process.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in F&B (Assistant Manager/Manager).
• Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage

Duties

• Perform admission of patients, handles customer queries, perform Cashiering and perform Billing
• Perform admission process, including explanation on bill estimation, usage of insurance, and deposit collection.
• Handles customer queries pertaining to admission process.
• Perform Cashiering.
• Perform Billing.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.
• Timely escalation of cases to supervisor as necessary.

Qualification & Experience:

• Past healthcare work experience is an added advantage.
• Minimum "O" levels, 2 years of front-line / customer service related working experience.
• Able to commit to the shift hours

1. Shift 1: 7am-4.30pm
2. Shift 2: 8:30am - 6pm
3. Shift 3: 11am-7.30pm
