Job Scope:

1. Ensure consistency and high standards of food cooking processes according to Company's SOP.

2. Make cleanliness of premises and food hygiene practices a priority; coordinate day and night clean up.

3. Work closely with the Upper Management and individual outlet Kitchen Chefs to review and improve existing menu as well as create seasonal specials.

4. Ensure that outlet's inventory management and stock forecasting is optimised to prevent wastage and ensure 100% menu availability during business hours.

MAIN PURPOSE

• To support / report to SEAO Procurement Associate Director
• To identify cost-saving opportunities, areas and processes that could be optimized, and potential areas of risk through strong business acumen and analytical skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Policy & Compliance

• Enforce Procurement policies and guidelines in local level, in line with regional and group direction.
• Work closely with Finance and Compliance departments to monitor the Procure-to-Pay processes compliance with corporate guidelines.

Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation

• Lead major sourcing projects from RFP/tender to delivery, including but not limited to sourcing, supplier pre-qualification, evaluation, and award.
• Identify opportunities to drive efficiency, synergy and deliver savings and added values to the business.
• Support and coordinate regional and global Procurement initiatives and projects.

Sustainable Procurement

• Continuously optimize supplier panel by regular review of performance and feedback from stakeholders
• Manages day-to-day business relationships with local suppliers; evaluate and improve vendor performance.
• Annual supplier evaluation assessment / supplier CSR audit
• Integrate sustainability in all projects and providing support to group /region ESG initiatives.

Management Reporting

• Manage quarterly Procurement reporting, including but not limited to Dashboard, Spends Analysis, Procurement Project Reports, etc.
• Regular update and communicate with local senior management team on procurement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 to 8 years of professional working experience with minimum 4-5 years in Procurement functions
• Good understanding of procurement processes; with indirect categories management experiences and/or in luxury environment a plus
