• Co-ordinate and liaise with the various stakeholder, groups of volunteers and staff to manage all matters to admin and operations;
• Liaise and work closely with the various groups of volunteers for briefings, site recces, training sessions and volunteer distribution / allocation plans, etc.

• Clearance of subsidies payment as part of accrual;
• Administrative support towards Admin & Ops and Production Team;
• Assist in asset housekeeping and management in inhouse and external stores;
• Provide administrative and logistical support and assist in any other matters for the division.
• Required to work on some weekends and evenings as the job requires.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Navigation and Communication Engineers team. The ideal candidate will oversee technical operations related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of navigation and communication systems onboard vessels.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conducting radio surveys, performing VDR Annual Performance Tests (APT), and managing repair activities for maritime communication systems.

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or similar in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the maritime industry, with a focus on navigation and communication systems.
• In-depth knowledge of GPS, radar systems, satellite communication, AIS, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience in managing technical projects from conception to completion.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team.
• Familiarity with maritime regulations and standards (e.g., SOLAS, IMO regulations).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Must Certified as a Radio Surveyor by a recognized authority (e.g., ClassNK, DNV GL, ABS) and have knowledge for getting Class Approval in regards documentation prepration and ISO regulation maintenace with audits.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Manager / Senior Manager position will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of the energy transition businesses within Sembcorp. You will be part of a team in developing solutions for both new and existing customers, with a focus on sustainability. Specifically, you will need to work closely with internal and external collaborators to: (i) identify potential novel technologies for generating low carbon energy (e.g. ammonia fired power and thermal power with carbon capture), (ii) identify attractive low carbon business opportunities across the carbon capture, utilisation, and storage value chain, and (iii) participate Government’s low carbon energy projects. This position will work closely with variou.s internal stakeholders (Finance, Engineering, Technology etc) while also building relationships with external stakeholders (statutory boards, potential customers, partners etc.)

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct feasibility assessments to evaluate commercial, financial, and environmental viability of opportunities.
• Develop selected opportunities from inception to final investment decision and financial close by collaborating with internal teams and external advisors.
• Conduct financial analysis, including cost estimation, revenue forecasting, and simple investment modelling for projects.
