The Manager Strategic Insights & Analytics is responsible for market analytics forecasting and supporting primary and secondary market research across SEA markets. The Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department in a hospitality establishment. The F&B Manager ensures that guests receive high-quality service and that the establishment's revenue goals are met.

• Oversee the daily operation and function of the Factory. Enforcing company policies as well as government's law and regulation at all time.
• Manage Factory Supervisor and Factory Workers, take note of their welfare and complaint if any and manage their performance and conduct.
• Manage factory inventory and production and ensure meeting the company’s monthly target include the arrangement for shipment out to our customer.
• Manage quality control on product manufactured and ensure products is kept in the right temperature at all time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Food Science / Engineering / Operation Management
• Minimum 3+ years previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, ideally, within a food production environment
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, relevant regulations, health and safety requirements, auditing requirements and relevant legislation
• Experience in LEAN manufacturing and delivering change, as well as implementing continuous improvement
• Strong team leader with a drive to deliver quality outcomes with efficiency and with a passion for continuous process improvement
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, problem solving, analysis, decision-making abilities
• Demonstrate ability to lead, train and develop diverse team
• A hands-on leader with a can-do attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders will be plus
• Possesses valid Forklift License
