RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company's owned e-commerce system, including responding to customer queries, relevant documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and partners for order fulfilment.

Overview:

In this role, you will be required to support the day-to-day operations of the stall you are assigned to. You will be representing the company, in charge of interacting with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be required to maintain stall cleanliness, handle stall opening and closing, process customers’ orders and respond to customer enquiries.
