The Restructuring and Insolvency team

Our Restructuring and Insolvency team works closely with industry professionals, companies and their stakeholders to identify and resolve issues affecting profitability, protect enterprise value and facilitate a full recovery where possible.

The team is made up of young and friendly professionals bringing about an easy-going culture. While projects are often performed in a pressurised environment, the team works collaboratively and supportively across all levels to be able to deliver their best. The leaders in the team are hands-on, guiding and teaching junior members to navigate situations and stakeholders that may be difficult or tricky. Responsibilities

• Executing day to day issues on restructuring and insolvency engagements assignments (being, amongst others, liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring / exceptional accountant, debt restructuring and personal insolvency work)
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and client personnel
• Liaising with stakeholders, creditors and other advisors
• Preparing draft correspondence, draft reports and draft presentations
• Reconstructing accounting records, from incomplete information
• Undertaking investigative work for the benefit of recovering assets for the insolvent estate
• Participating in client meetings
• Assisting seniors with the company analysis, including financial modelling where necessary and assisting in department networking and marketing activities
• For insolvency work, attending to statutory and compliance matters

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or other relevant field
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience for associate role, minimum 2 years of experience for senior associate role
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of Mergers & Acquisitions, IPOs, Secondary Offerings, Private Placements and other related Capital Markets transactions
• Conduct comparable company/ comparable transaction analysis and develop financial modelling for business valuation
• Preparation of marketing related materials, including industry research, sales teaser, information memorandum, term sheets, discussion materials for clients and investors engagement, agreements, and due diligence-related material/ documentations
• Assist in organization and coordination of meetings/roadshows and other relevant marketing activities

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related disciplines from a reputable university
• Prior work experience of at least 2 years in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, Consulting in specialised industry, Equity Research, Corporate Finance or Financial Sales work experience, with a track record of completed Capital Markets transactions, would be an advantage.

Asset Management Operations

We provide customized service to our clients and enable our business to grow the Asset Management franchise across traditional and alternative products. Our teams execute within a front to back operating model, delivering support across the client, product, and investment lifecycle. Role Summary & Responsibilities

As a Shareholder Services Asia Client Services Manager, you will work closely with Shareholder Services and relevant stakeholders across the region, managing investors / client facing teams to ensure service delivery is maintained at a highest quality. Additionally, you will support other Shareholder Services functions in onboarding new clients, protecting and maintaining existing clients.
