Responsibilities:

• To assist in managing day to day operational of the outlets, maintaining excellent food quality and in the supervision of staff.
• Hands-on preparing and serving of products such as coffee, toast, noodle, fried food and simple cafe food cooking
• Ensuring high standards of customer service are observed at all times
• Ensure all food & beverage handling processes are followed at all times in accordance to the NEA regulations.

a. Food Preparation : Prepare dishes according to recipes and standards.

b. Cooking : Cook dishes to order, ensuring they're authentic and tasty.

c. Quality Assurance : Maintain food quality and consistency.

d. Assisting the Chef : Work closely with the chef with various tasks as needed.

e. Inventory Management: Manage ingredient stock levels and ordering.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contract Creation:
• Responsible for the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating variety of agreements including content licensing, production, commissioning, collaboration and partnership agreements to ensure they accurately reflect the terms and conditions agreed upon by all parties involved. Maintain accuracy of content and contract data into company's systems and handle changes to existing contracts.
• Compliance and Risk Assessment: Ensure that contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies. Assess potential risks associated with contracts, including legal, financial and operational risks, and work to mitigate them.
• Contract Negotiation and Administration: Negotiate terms and conditions with external parties, striving to reach mutually beneficial agreements that are harmonized and aligned with Mediacorp's rights protocols and needs. Oversee the execution of contracts, including the dissemination of obligations and restrictions to ensure that all parties meet their commitments.
• Contract Renewals and Amendments: Responsible for managing contract renewals, amendments, and terminations as necessary.
• Payment Administration: Administer and ensure payments to content providers, production houses or service providers are paid in a timely manner and in accordance with contract deal terms including following up for withholding tax documentation where applicable. Investigate to reconcile payment discrepancies.

Qualifications

• General Diploma / General Degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience. Contract management and payment processing experience are pluses.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare invoice and cash sales
• Prepare petty cash and payment vouchers

• Record inbound and outbound of goods
• Process purchase request form and prepare purchase orders
• Prepare monthly attendance summary
• Coordinate on warranty related matters
• Maintain proper filing and administrative records

Job Requirement:

• NITEC in Admin/Business/Built Environment or any related discipline
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills
• 5.25 days’ work week (Mondays to Fridays and alternate Saturdays)

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Responsible for day-to-day kitchen operation to ensure consistency in food quality and freshness in accordance with the restaurant’s standard operating procedures and food safety and hygiene standards.

2.Prepare, cook and serve a variety of items in accordance with menus.

3.Ensure general kitchen cleanliness, tidiness and safety, and hygiene in food preparation and storage in accordance with NEA guidelines

4.Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment

5.Assisting in inventories, stock ordering management.

Job Description:

- Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and inventory.

- Assist in processing invoices, payments and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.

- Monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger adjustments

- Maintain accurate financial documentation and book-keeping.

- Prepare supporting documents for audits and GST returns.

- Assist with administering payroll, monthly CPF submission and maintaining employee records.

- Administer staff Leave and MC applications.

- Maintain and track office equipment inventory and renewal of subscriptions.

- Liaising with vendors on payment and delivery matters.

- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent certificates.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Values honesty, integrity and confidentiality.

- At least 1-2 years of working experience is preferred.
