MAIN PURPOSE

The role of a Demand & Supply Planning Executive is to support the overall business, financial & supply chain management process by rigorous management of the demand signals for the various brands, product types and customer channels. Manager of Shipping & Agency (OPS) identifies bottlenecks to propose improvements to the daily organisation's workflow and assists with its subsequent implementation.

Ship Business/OPS Manager is expected to establish/develop good relationships with ship owners (customer), Charterers, Captain and Chief Engineer, and is an organised person who is able to juggle the demands of paperwork and on-site work. Requirements:

• A recognized Accounting Diploma or Finance Degree. Minimum 1 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Business Accounting is a key requirement.
• Knowledge of handling a full set of accounts, payroll processing, CPF ruling, GST, and Tax regulations
