Job Overview​

To coordinate between Application and Infrastructure Teams to implement the Infra Requirements for Applications​

Responsibilities and Duties​

​

· To coordinate in setting up Infrastructure and support Application Infra needs​

· Ensure Operating system, Middleware, Database performance ,Security /Bug fix patches , EOS and security (ISCD) compliance in accordance to the bank standards​

· Provides hands on technical expertise (SME) , senior level technical guidance to application team as necessary​

· Assist and respond promptly to incident, investigate and provide temporary/permanent resolution to incidents escalated with respect to Middleware/ Operating system/ database performance, capacity, resiliency , stability, replication and other key aspects​

· Researching and recommending solution that best meet business needs and enterprise operational requirements ​

· Provide technical support to application development teams​

· Evaluate release of Middleware, Operating system, Database components and its tools to ensure entire environment is complaint with no/minimal impact ​

Qualifications​

· Knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, DevOps, Other Container platforms​

· Knowledge in Linux OS, Wintel OS, MariaDB or Any Other databases​

· Knowledge in Networking (F5 GTM/LTM or any other SLB)​

· 5 Years minimum professional experience and 3 Years minimum relevant experience​

· Experience in banking or financial services institutions preferred​

· Will need to work in shifts and in weekends​

· Team player to work with multiple teams and teammates​

2. Transport is claimable - before 7am (for morning shift 6am to 3pm) , after 11pm (afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm)

Operations

• Process the orders from retail and foodservice customers.
• Manage invoice submissions and paperwork.
• Liaise with food suppliers for order fulfilments.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners and prepare stocks for deliveries.
• Support Operations team on admin requirements.
• May need to enter warehouse/ cold room occasionally.
• Occasionally to handle urgent orders at night. Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned by company based on requirements.

Business Development

• Support Business Development and Operations team in conducting warehouse sales.
• Assist in preparing sales and related materials (e.g. point-of-sales-materials (POSMs) and sales memos).
• Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned by company based on requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good people skills and able to work with diverse groups of people.
• Strong initiative and the confidence to work independently in complex and ambiguous work environments.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Administration / Support Functions

• To manage and update the F&B ERP Inventory System (F&B System Admin)

F&B Procurement, Contracts & Supplier Management

• To conduct Annual Vendor Assessments following the company’s policies and procedures on vendor assessments
• To raise purchase orders in ERP system for OPEX-related purchases, such as term contract releases and ad-hoc expenses
• To perform PO/BR/BPA housekeeping in ERP system on a periodic basis

Receiving Functions

• To ensure that goods received are of the quality and quantity ordered in accordance with the purchase order
• To inform the F&B Operations and follow agreed procedures in the case of damage of any item upon receiving
• To perform GRN in the F&B purchasing & inventory system and accurately capture the purchase in terms of quality and price
• To perform necessary stock adjustments in the F&B purchasing & inventory system to reflect the goods returns/credit notes by suppliers.
• To assist in receiving of linen items from laundry service provider

Audit & Compliance

• To ensure stock counts are submitted duly-signed by relevant parties
• To ensure proper documentation are provided when creating new items/quotations/vendors
• F&B Voucher Custodian as part of control process

Job Description:

- Assisting Ops Manager, includes but not limited to Operations, Logistic, Purchase Request, Quotation, and Administrative.

- Monitor SAP processes and resolve any issue in a timely manner with support from IT department.

- Prepare and consolidate presentation materials.

- Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned (tree planting, site visits etc)

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent

- Minimum 1 year experience as an operation administrator or in a similar position

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
