The Housekeeping Administrator is responsible for coordinating Housekeeping department’s back-end operations by ensuring ongoing exchange and follow-up of information and requests between residents and guests, colleagues and other departments. The Housekeeping Coordinator carries the responsibilities of managing FCS, lost and found records and clear documentation at the storage areas along with other administrative duties wherever deemed necessary.

• Cooking of Szechuan, Cantonese, or Shanghainese cuisine
• Basic western cooking for kids is a plus
• Prepare lunch box for kids – breakfast or lunch for next day
• Stock, organise and clean kitchens and cooking utensils
• Maintain high level of safety and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Constantly research, develop and propose new menu

Requirements

• Must have experience in cooking for 2-4 years
• Exceptional proven ability in managing kitchen operation, budget and procurement
• Excellent time management skills
• Occasionally OT on Saturday or Sunday if is needed
