What you will be doing?

You may be required to perform the following, but not limited to:

• Provide marketing support to any assigned entities, including Restaurants and Hotels.
• Plan and coordinate the conceptualization and implementation of marketing plans (eg. sponsorship, media relations, marketing communications, direct marketing, website, public relations agencies, events and activities).
• Develop and coordinate field marketing and activities collateral.
• Design and create contents, including graphics, copywriting, and videos, for print or digital marketing purposes.
• Manage all marketing resources, advertising, and promotion materials.
• Manage local area marketing activities and collateral with all restaurants.
• Oversee the assigned social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), monitor performance, and propose strategies to optimize for growth.
• Daily monitoring of social media platforms, customer reviews and feedback.
• Maintain and update store information on digital platforms (eg. Google, Sevenrooms, Website, Facebook, etc.)
• Liaise with stakeholders and external organizations for joint partnerships & promotions.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with customers, suppliers, agencies, and regulatory authorities.
• Preparation of marketing reports & presentations where necessary.
• Support any ad-hoc marketing activities as assigned.

• Work with the kitchen team to produce diversified menus, must be able to create Tandoor fusion items for Indian and Western Cuisines.
• Do note its a Restaurant and all our Chef's are expected to work in kitchen for preparing menu items, complete delegation of cooking job to junior chef's is not encouraged and expected.

Requirements

The incumbent is responsible in supporting the Marketing Communications (MARCOMS) Manager in executing marketing programs that align with the strategic direction of the property/properties, including enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement and contributing to overall business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare all in-house collaterals in existing/new hotel to ensure adherence to Corporate Identity
• Assist in implementing brand touchpoints to enhance guests’ experiences and strengthen brand identity across all hotels
• Copywrite and design all marketing-related collaterals (eg. brochures, newsletters, electronic direct mailers etc)
• Maintain website content and assets to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Conduct regular online content audit to ensure information and materials on external platforms are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines
• Assist with photography for events and hotel activities, maintaining an up-to-date photo library for the Hotel
• Write guest letters, welcome letters, messages and notices for the management
• Create social media content and campaigns to increase fan base and engagement
• Reply to guest reviews on various platforms to maintain a positive online reputation and address any concerns or feedback
• Draft press releases, and handle media inquiries
• Maintain press database, digital library, and media clippings
• Work closely with the relevant departments in organising public relations activities
• Source for corporate gifts that reflects brand image
• Nurture healthy relationships with partners to enhance guest experience
• Plan and execute internal events, media tours, and hotel activities

• Perform any other duties assigned by the MARCOMS Manager from time to time

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the Hospitality Industry with Marketing Communications background
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in graphic design software (eg. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
