Job Description:

1. Manage software configuration, integration and implementation for a number of key software such as CRM system, marketing analytics platform and other software tools

We are looking for an experienced head cook to take charge of kitchen operations, including leading the staff in all matters related to food preparation. You will be required to ensure that there are adequate food supplies, to plan the menu, and to see that the kitchen and equipment are kept immaculate at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

• Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
• Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
• Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer
• Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
• Arrange for repairs when necessary
• Remedy any problems or defects
• Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience working as a Chef.
• Knowledge of culinary trends.
• A proven ability to create unique and delicious dishes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparing contract documents, working with quantities, taking off measurement, providing cost estimates and managing cost information.
• Handling of pre & post contract administration.
• Assist in verifying sub-contractor claims.
• Responsible for ensuring timely submission of progress claim, VO and final accounts.
• Source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotations/tendering.
• To liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants and/or subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and running smoothly (eg. attending tender briefing, site show round & tender interview)
• Ad-hoc duties as per assigned by superior.
