The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Key Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

Principle responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CSL (Cluster Safety Lead) to ensure that the Local Operating Company (LOC) safety activities, related to medicinal products are managed in compliance with local regulations and company policies/procedures at local, regional, and global levels and in accordance with any Pharmacovigilance (PV) agreements with third party business partners.
• Accountable for activities related to safety reporting requirements as required by Marketing Authorization Holders (MAH) and/or study sponsor, as applicable.
• Establish adequate collaboration with local and regional team to maintain local compliance oversight for day-to-day Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) management including HA correspondence, regulatory intelligence etc.
• Maintain oversight of data generating activities, e.g., patient support programs (PSPs), market research activities, etc. and provide safety inputs into protocols and agreements to ensure appropriate review and inclusion of safety reporting process.
• Manage Local Medical Safety activities to ensure the pro-active benefit-risk management throughout product life cycle and translate global safety data to insights and actions tailoring to local specificities and needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist doctor with consultations as and when required
• Perform patient financial counselling and surgery listing for patients who require surgery
• Address patient queries
• Arrange logistics with medical suppliers and other doctors
• Answer phone calls, register patients, and schedule appointments
• Settle payment and invoices for patients including insurance requirements
• Dispense medication, perform injections and venepuncture
• Keep track of medical billings and invoices
• Perform stock take of drugs and consumables once a month
• Maintain smooth running of clinic operations

Requirements:

•  Minimum Diploma in Nursing
•  Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Obstetrics and Gynaecology

About the Role:

Job Description:

1. Review, assess and process safety data and information on timely and accurate manner received from various sources and distribute reports/ dates internally and for regulatory agencies in local and regional setting.
2. Determine initial / follow up status of incoming events.
3. Assist in the preparation of pharmacovigilance documentation for regulatory submission, including periodic safety reports and risk management plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Pharmacy, Life science or equivalent experience.
• Familarity with coding dictionaries (MedDRA) is a plus.
