Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of a clinic (or cluster of clinics)

• Develop and establish business and operational plans and goals in line with company's policies and directions.

• To work closely with the Clinic Coordinators and Cluster Manager to ensure assigned tasks and assignments are carried out by clinic staff

• Lead and motivate the team of clinic staff to achieve patient delight
