• Oversee billing processes, insurance claims, corporate invoicing, cash collection, control measures and other financial operations
• Regular checks and audits on claims submission e.g. PMI, CPF, Govt Agencies etc
• Regular checks and audits on payment collections of credit card, cash, NETS and cheques from patients
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and develop improvement plans when necessary
• Support management in identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Any other duties as may be assigned by Immediate Supervisor and/or the Management

Qualification & Experience: -

• Possess at least Diploma in any field
• Previous experience in healthcare or clinic management role
• Good understanding of health screening, GP operations and front-of-house management

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Managing front desk, including answering phone calls, messages, emails
• Greet patients and visitors, handle patient registration and check-in
• Appointment scheduling using online booking system, phone calls, messages, emails
• Manage clinic appointment system and appointment calendars
• Handling patient and corporate enquiries and providing general information about the clinic’s services
• Patient communication for updates, health reminders, reminding / recalling patients for appointments
• Liaison with corporate clients for enquiries and scheduling of appointments
• Adhering to privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling patient information.
• Back-end support duties, assist in clerical and data entry
• Assist other clinic assistants in day-to-day duties
• Assist in administrative tasks as required (e.g. corporate and insurance claims)
• Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
• Handle any patient issues or complaints and escalate as necessary
• Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Qualification & Experience:-

• Min GCE “N”/”O” level and above
• Previous experience as receptionist or in customer service role
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to think on your feet and respond appropriately to customers in real-time
• Proficient in spoken and written communication in Mandarin due to Mandarin speaking patients/customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, accountability and interpersonal skills; ability to think strategically and execute effectively; able to manage teams in a high-energy environment, and work well under pressure.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the life sciences consulting industry, including experience of client and market dynamics.
• Technical skills: MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint and, particularly, MS Excel).

· Other: Singapore citizen/ PR preferred; willingness to travel as needed.

Job Description

• Provide accurate and timely assessment of medical claims within the required service standards and ensure that claims are paid accurately and promptly
