1. Administer work pass (WP, S Pass) application, renewal and cancellation, apply levy waiver, arrange medical check-up, OFWAS, employment contracts & etc.
2. Arrange & renew CSOC / core trade / training / safety courses etc.
3. Renew of company BCA / Bizsafe certificate / company equipment / Telco / SP services / accommodation contract.
4. Handle payroll, leave and other related matters.
5. Handle incoming calls and any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
6. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
7. Renew road tax, season parking, Insurance, VPC, COE of company vehicle, Workshop Licence/ Yearly EMA Licence, WICA, Public liability, FWMI.
8. Generate invoices /Delivery order/Purchase Order.
9. Validated and recorded invoice.
10. Monthly reconciliation against supplier’s Statement of Account and rectifies the discrepancies.
11. Assist in GST and Taxation filing and reporting locally.
12. Liaise with auditor for annual audit.
13. Assist in submission of employees IR8A.

Job Description

• Liaise with internal stakeholders on the relevant safety and skills upgrading courses for workers & employees.
• Liaise with the relevant external training providers in processing external course registrations, course confirmation, transportation arrangements, training leave application and ensure that payments are made in a timely manner.
• Liaise and follow up with individual site personnel on workers Coretrade’s trade selection.
• Register qualified workers for Coretrade courses with BCA and the respective Coretrade training providers and follow-up with course confirmation, transportation arrangements, training leave application and ensure that payments are made in a timely manner.
• Answer training related enquiries within the company and assist in the retrieval of certificates, staff project CV, staff photo upon request by site personnel.
• Monitor and maintain the name list of A1 personnel for Sunray and SWC to meet BCA requirement.
• Register for staff’s new and renewal Coretrade with BCA, follow up on the confirmation and Coretrade course registration.
• Claim training grants and absentee payroll with the respective government agencies (BCA, WDA).
• Handle and administrative duties such as setting up internal training via Zoom, attendance records, training evaluation and any other queries related prior to the course.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned, and queries raised by staff / workers
