We are looking for candidate to support HR and payroll function of a beauty company.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Craft and post job listing on various job portals
• Liase with schools for school internship programme
• Process job applications and conduct preliminary screening of candidates
• Coordinate and conduct face to face or virtual interviews
• Support hiring administrative work such as collection of documents, preparing letter of appointments and applying work passes and foreign worker medical for foreigners
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Facilitate payroll process by tracking timesheets, leave usage and salary calculations
• Calculate commissions for retail staff
• Process childcare, NS and maternity leaves claim
• Provide administrative support for government survey, grants and programme
• Oversee the renewal of staff insurance policies - Attend to staff HR enquiries and resolve grievances

Requirements:

• Pursuing Human Resource or at least 1 year working experience in human resource
• Strong command of English with good communications, writing and interpersonal skills
• Able to translate English HR communications to Mandarin due to high proportion of Mandarin-speaking staff
• Experience with recruitment and HR software will be an added advantage

Work location: Macpherson, 9am – 6:30pm

This role will be reporting to the VP HR and working closely with another Payroll Executive. You will:

• Oversee and support the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisition, performance management, salary review, budget planning, compensation and benefits, HR operations, leave and training grants
• Provide administrative, IT, office and facility management support as required
• Oversee the visitor reception and provide executive administrative support

Skills and experience required

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ of HR experience, with HR generalist experience
• Good communication skills and relationship management
• Bilingual as role will be required to interact with Chinese speaking stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
• Initiative, independent and self-motivated

Responsibilities:

· Recruit and screen study participants, take consent, perform clinical assessments and follow-up visits

· Perform data collection and analysis to support research

· Adverse event monitoring and reporting responsibilities

· Handle regulatory documents

· Reach out to potential volunteers for studies and encourage them to join

· Coordinates between the study team and potential / confirmed participants

Job Requirements

· Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Biomedical Science or Life Sciences

· Able to work in a team as well as independently
