RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with outsourcing requirements
• Handle expats’ house arrangements/tenancy renewal
• Determine and design staff learning development/training required
• Propose employees’ succession planning
• To deal with work pass applications
• Handle insurance matters (e.g. Dental Hospital & Surgical, Personal Accident, Workmen Injury etc.)
• Fill in/manage government surveys (MOM, CPF, MAS, Tax- IR21)
• Leave administration and leave IT system enhancements
• Prepare reports e.g. HR, admin etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in HR or any other relevant education/specialization
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling in HR and HR admin
• Fluent in Japanese language (to liaise with both Japanese’s internal and external stakeholders)
• Meticulous, team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills
