Responsibilities

- Manage the Full Spectrum of HR functions

- Identify and perform the Talent Acquisition process

- Develop and implement programs, policies and procedures to ensure HR practices are in compliance with legislation

- Be involved in HR Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Relations

- Administer Work Passes for Foreign employees

- Administer Group Insurance Plans

- Vendor Management

- Build strong pipelines of contacts and talent communities

- Provide innovative, practical and strategic HR solutions that support the mission and core values of the company

Requirements

- IHRP Certification is required

- Degree in Business with HRM or equivalent

- 4 years of hands-on experience in full spectrum of HR
