Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition (TA) specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, acquiring, and onboarding top talent to meet the organization's needs. You'll be responsible for developing a talent acquisition strategy, executing/supporting various talent acquisition activities, implementing strategies to attract qualified candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of HR to develop and implement TA strategies aligned with the company's objectives and talent needs.

2. Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates against job requirements.

3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide support in conducting interviews, assessing candidate skills, and facilitating the selection process.

4. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and guiding candidates through each stage.

5. Employer Branding: Assist in promoting Activate’s brand through job postings, social media, and TA events to attract top talent and maintain a positive organizational image.

6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or HRIS. Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and make data-driven decisions.

7. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with other colleagues in HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and orientation activities are completed.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 7-10 years prior experience in talent acquisition which MUST include in-house experience. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and TA tools is a requirement. Prior TA experience in IT or technology industries is a clear advantage.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: As an individual contributor, you need to be able to pay strong attention to detail and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Relationship Building: Ability to cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and external partners to facilitate successful recruitment efforts.

Critical & Structured Thinking: Be able to analyze issues critically, identify the root causes, understand the context, generate options, and select the option that best addresses the issue.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Assertive & Diplomatic: Be able to be assertive yet diplomatic when dealing with internal and external stakeholders to be able to achieve work objectives without casting any negative image for the company and the HR department.

Rystad Energy is growing rapidly, and we are now looking to grow our Talent Acquisition Team. To join this team, we are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our regional headquarters in Singapore, to further strengthen our global Talent Management Team (global HR team). As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support Rystad Energy’s talent acquisition strategy globally, to ensure we continue to attract and recruit exceptional Talent. You will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring Talent in line with the corporate strategy and supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans. Responsibilities

• Effectively support recruitment strategies to strengthen Rystad Energy employer brand recognition in relevant markets and forums
• Support Employer branding efforts by updating and creating material for our web pages and other forums
• Short- and long-term planning and coordination of Rystad Energy recruitment events and efforts
• Contribute and support a harmonized and data-driven approach to Talent acquisition
• Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of Rystad Energy’s hiring needs across all departments and geographies
• Support and in time, manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles to find, attract and hire exceptional Talent in addition to ensuring an optimal candidate experience
• Create and write job advertisements and publish these in relevant forums
• Source new candidates through databases and perform CV screenings
• Coordinate and administrate the interview process
• Plan and coordinate Campus recruitment events to attract newly graduated Talent
• When needed, maintain regular contact with external advertising and recruiting agencies to support the recruiting process
• Maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions and stay active with current job boards, social networks, and other platforms to find and attract new Talent
• Collect and discuss the technical assessments with the interviewers and make final recommendations about the suitability of the candidate
• Supports candidate's transition from the current organization into Rystad Energy

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
• 1-2 years of experience within recruitment is required for this role. Happy to consider candidates currently operating in an internal function, of those working agency side looking to transition 
• Experience from executive search and selection is highly beneficial
• Fluent English verbal and written skills are required
• Knowledge of social media and experience with LinkedIn in recruitment processes
• Tech-savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office
