• Specialize in assigned industry to Manage the end-to-end recruitment from job posting/data mining to extending offers to candidates.
• Provide curated consultation with hiring managers and/or clients to identify their recruitment needs and selection criteria.
• Manage recruitment projects from diverse industries for sourcing, pipelining and urgent requisitions.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of key client stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding activities for successful candidates.

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Diploma or relevant qualifications.
• HR experience would be advantageous, but not necessary.
• Is enthusiastic and possesses a growth mindset.
• Excels in a fast-paced sales environment, self-driven and works well under pressure both individually as well as in a team.
