• 3-5 years of experience in crude oil, petroleum, and petrochemical products trading companies or refineries; or experience in major or large trading companies' crude oil analysis teams
• Strong quantitative and statistical analysis skills.
• Deep understanding of either upstream or downstream operations.
• Familiarity with crude supply and demand models and crude differential valuation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the global oil market and refining processes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese, particularly in speaking and basic writing, to communicate and liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
