· Recruitment process, include job posting, conduct interviews and onboarding. Able to prepare employment-related letters such as employment contract, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, and off-boarding procedures.

· Handle payroll, leave management, day to day operations.

· Manage work pass renewals, applications, cancellations, and levy waiver requests.

· Process monthly payroll, overtime, claims and allowances.

· Handle submission and processing of statutory payments and claims, including CPF, IR21, IR8A, NS claims, Government-Paid Leave, and training grant submissions.

· Attend to employees' enquiries regarding payroll and leave matters.

· Maintain accurate records in the HR system and employees' personal files.

Job Responsibilities:

· Supporting of HR Automation Project

· Planning, coordinate and delivery of defined deliverables

· Supporting of issue escalation process and preparation works

· Liaising with multiple stakeholders, HR department and internal business groups for support/operations functions

· Looking through processes and providing of recommendations

· Understanding of processes, software delivery and guiding the business accordingly

· Identifying of project risks/issues and raising/managing them accordingly

· Establishing of standards and guidelines

· Ensuring business processes run smoothly and timely

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
