As a Business Partner, you will provide consultative advice and end-to-end support to a selection of concepts under your charge; developing, communicating, and executing HR policies, processes and metrics that support the achievement of the Group’s business goals.

# Strategic Planning

• Assist the Heads of Concepts and Departments in the manpower budgeting and forecasting cycle and process (which forms part of the operating budget) for the Concepts under your charge.
• Work closely with Group Heads of Departments, Head(s) of Concepts, to ensure alignment on human capital policies, talent development initiatives, employee engagement programs.

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Supports Operations Manager (OM) to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Monitors and tracks school’s facilities, and operating system/equipment, to ensure they are in order. He/she will follow-up with the vendors/Term Contractors (TCs) to ensure defects are rectified.
• Conducts daily check on school’s perimeter, building and infrastructure to ensure school safety and put up the fault reporting.
• Works closely with the team of Operations Support Officers (OSOs), TCs, contractors, service providers such as security guards, cleaners, vendors, and contractors etc. For example, he/she will lead the OSOs to set up the venues for school events such as examinations, meetings etc
• Provides administrative support to OM such as tracking of contractors’ work sheets, maintenance, and procurement.
• Liaises and corresponds with the external agencies such as HDB, Town Council, TCs, Managing Agent, and LTA contractors to ensure school has a conducive environment for teaching and learning.
• Any other duties as assigned by OM pertaining to school’s operation and safety.

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, experience and skills:

• At least 1 year experience in facilities or estate management or similar job scope
• Experience in school environment, or similar, is advantageous but not mandatory
