Job description:
· Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including preparing salary offers.
· Screen and shortlist potential candidates for interviews with Hiring Managers.
· Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, with all necessary documentation completed promptly and accurately.
· Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand business needs.
· Regularly review and enhance recruitment and onboarding processes to maintain best HR practices.
· Assess the talent search market and recommend suitable platforms based on the position and current market trends.
· Plan and participate in employer branding events and activities.
· Suggest e-hiring strategies and strengthen digital sourcing of candidates.
· Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR Management, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
· Strong understanding of HR and employment laws and regulations, and the ability to apply them in daily operations.
· Proficient in engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
