Procurement Executive
Basic Salary -4000
Working location – 260 Orchard Rd
Working Hours –5 days, 9am-6pm
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, including supplier selection, cost evaluation, stock control, contract negotiations, and order processing.
Facilitate procurement activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless supply chain.
Collect and analyze data on supplier performance to identify improvement areas and suggest actionable recommendations.
Obtain and assess feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of current sourcing strategies, highlighting issues for managerial attention.
Maintain comprehensive procurement databases and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation in the procurement management system.
Keep detailed records of supplier information, agreements, and performance metrics.
Monitor supplier compliance with delivery schedules and product specifications, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, sales, and operations to address and resolve procurement-related issues and concerns.
Perform additional operational duties as assigned to support the procurement function.
Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of purchasing-related experience, with a preference for experience in the healthcare sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct cost analysis and evaluate supplier performance.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- Proficient in using procurement management systems and maintaining detailed documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve procurement issues efficiently.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
