Job Summary:
Krisshop, a Singapore Airlines subsidiary, seeks a seasoned HR Manager to spearhead our HR initiatives and drive organizational growth. This pivotal role entails overseeing the entire spectrum of human resources functions and office management. As the HR Manager, you will champion HR operations, implement HR policies and procedures, spearhead talent acquisition efforts, foster a culture of performance excellence, nurture employee relations, orchestrate training and development programs, and ensure unwavering compliance with employment laws in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective hiring experience.
2. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Implement and improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new hires and departing employees. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transitions.
3. Payroll processing: We are seeking a meticulous Payroll Processor to accurately calculate and administer employee wages, deductions, and withholdings in compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
4. HR Policies and Compliance: Implement and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards.
5. HR Data and Reporting: Manage HR data and analytics, including employee records, benefits information, compensation data, and performance metrics. Generate regular reports and provide insights to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
6. Process Improvement and Efficiency: Continuously assess and improve HR processes, identifying areas for automation, standardization, and streamlining. Implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Office Management: manage office supplies for smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
2. At least 5 years of experience with HR generalist responsibilities and HR operations management.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in HR operations management, including HRIS management, payroll administration, benefits administration, and compliance. Familiarity with Singapore's employment laws and regulations is crucial.
4. Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
5. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
6. Proven ability to manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
8. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
9. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
10. Have good understanding of HR processes and willing to be hands-on with all HR processes.
11. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
