Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent law degree, with admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably within a corporate environment or a reputable law firm.
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong ethical judgment and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Job Description

• Assist the Senior HR executive to process the full spectrum of payroll related matters
• Manage and handle employee’s records in HR system
• Prepare monthly payroll transactions (approximately 800-1000 headcounts)
• Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
• Manage E-leave & E-attendance, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance
• Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
• Prepare OT monitoring weekly report & monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters

Job Requirement

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
• At least 1 years of payroll related experience
• Familiar with MOM regulations, Employment Act and HR practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice
