• Actively work with the relevant HR Teams (Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services) to continuously review areas of improvement of HR policies, benefits, programs, and processes
• Actively participate and lead the review/enhancement of HR operational efficiency and standard operating process
• Collaborate with the relevant HR Teams to deliver the annual HR cycles, initiatives, and strategic projects
• Act as the point of contact for HR Senior/Associates on the escalation of complex employee matters
• Provide support in escalated operational HR matters, including performance management, employment relations, HR processes, and systems
• Provide leadership to the HR Senior/Associates under your care to operationalize HR administration and delivery whilst ensuring consistency across the Company/Business Units and compliance with the local regulatory requirements
• Coach and develop HR Senior/Associates under your care and provide performance management feedback as a people manager

• Preferably Bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related field
• Five (5) to Eight (8) years of generalist HR or HR Business Partner experience, prior team lead experience is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organizational policies, processes, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus

Job Purpose

Responsibilities:

• Assist in employee onboarding administration
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Job Description:

· Assist in the end-to-end process of non-executive employee recruitments (Include but not limited to job advertising, arrange interview, prepare onboarding documents, induction training, etc.)

· Liaise with employment agencies for hiring process and arrange interview for candidate

· Responsible for non-executive employee work pass administration (application, renewal & cancellation)

· Prepare all Human Resource related letters/documents

· Prepare and disseminate Company Memo

· Sourcing and arrange relevant training for employee & maintain employee training records

· Manage attendance & OT of all the employee and prepare the monthly attendance report

· Process the monthly payroll for non-executive employee

· Handle and renew employee insurance

· Responsible to arrange the inspection for Pressure Vessel (PV) which required by MOM

· Manage all the company’s key include locker key, main entrance key, office key, pedestal key, etc.

· Prepare Payment Voucher for those related invoice

· Assist in managing IT assets / items such as laptop, mouse, monitors, etc.

· Assist IT with laptop setup and clearance

· Arrange the working schedule and task for part-time cleaner

· Calculate the monthly wages for part-time cleaner

· Manage the first-aid items for office and production

· Manage the Door Access System such as adding user, deleting user, public holiday setting, time setting, etc.

· Ensure a proper record of fire drill for ISO purpose

· Answering all the incoming calls and transfer to appropriate department or person

· Help to arrange air ticket, accommodation and travel insurance for business trip

· Undertake any other administrative tasks such as procurement of stationery, procurement of drinking water, scheduling air-con servicing & fire extinguisher servicing, procurement of pantry items, renewing Electrical Installation Licence, renewing relevant service contract, etc.

Responsibilities:

• To manage intellectual property team.
• Preparation, prosecution, registration, and renewal support for trademark and other forms of intellectual property globally
• To handle IP Official Action or third party’s opposition
• Maintain our intellectual property portfolio
• Handle contract templates and guideline documents
• To cooperate with team members from overseas offices

Requirements:

• Singapore Qualified Lawyer with 2 years of relevant experience
• With Notary Public license is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills.
