The HR Executive will be integral in all aspects of an international assignment, including the recruitment of the overseas expatriate and responsibility for taking care of employees’ well-being, relocation, immigration, international compensation of salary review and a well-versed knowledge of Singapore labour law.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the GI & Health Actuarial team, you will:

• Execute Various Actuarial Tasks: IFRS17 implementation, reviewing actuarial assumptions for reserving, preparing data used for financial reporting, and business planning through data analysis and insights.. & more!

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5 years of HR business partnering experience, including 3 years in team leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Personable and approachable while being firm, fair and objective with decisions
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization
