The main responsibilities entail marketing and delivering various HR consultancy services, as well as developing projects and presenting proposals to clients in order to generate revenue. Attending business trips as per the project requirements and delegation by the Management, with the objective of fostering positive client relationships

Requirements

· High level knowledge, skills and experience in HR consulting, Deep understanding of Singapore labour law. Knowledge of organizational design, HR due diligence, global HR is preferred.

Job Duties:

• An integral role as a recruiter in fulfilling clients' staffing needs

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters

• Conduct Interviews/phone screening and select potential candidates to meet clients' requirements.

• Develop connections and new business and relationship management sources with existing accounts.

Description / Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle full scope of QS duties which includes material take-off and variations.
• Provide estimating cost and implement Contract administration for renovation projects.

• Ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation.
• Submit accurate cost and time implications to client.
